I graduated chiropractic school determined to work for myself. Before I joined Chiro-Trust over 5 years ago, my practice was struggling and I was struggling. With loads of debt and a family to support - I had to succeed! I was super stressed!!! I knew I had the technical skills and personality to succeed. I just didn't have some other tools which I couldn't identify. I also knew that I wasn't comfortable with 'traditional' chiropractic marketing and practice management approach - (scare tactics, evangelical excitement about Palmer pseudoscience and heavy selling ....) I want to share a great ChiroTrust story with you. A patient I haven't seen in 5+ years showed up on my schedule yesterday. He hurt his back and says that he had such a good experience last time he was here, he wanted to come back. He mentioned that he continues to receive our mailings every month and that he has suggested our clinic to a number of his friends in the last 5 years even though he didn't need to be here. Yesterday I had an 18 year-old young man come in. He told me he had been to another Chiro about a year ago. He was told he had a significant curve in his spine, that he was going to need chiropractic care for the rest of his life and he better be careful because if he got into one more car accident he would be paralyzed. I took a 14x36 x-ray and his AP was near perfect. As I explained my findings and that his spine needed some tweaks but it was not that bad you could see the weight of the world fall off his shoulders. He never said it but he was so stressed about what he had been told before at 17 years old. I said I was glad I could make his day before I even adjusted him. I don't know how some people can sleep at night. Why does chiropractic have such a bad reputation? (Rhetorical question). Luckily Ben Altadonna and ChiroTrust doctors are trying to fix that reputation.
Just to let you know, ChiroTrust has done wonders for my practice, and I know I don't even use it fully or properly. I was ready to leave practice before I started with you. And before the crisis hit hard in mid-March, we were easily doing 180 to 200 per week. With a lot less stress. The main thing I did was I started talking to my patients differently. They love it when they feel like their doctor is on 'their side' and not trying to oversell, or give them something other than what they were expecting. Can't thank you enough.

I can not understand why all the US Chiropractors are not members. Thank you

Felt compelled to share again after a record month (with a few more days to go) where I averaged 58 patient visits per day with a high of 73 in a single day. A decade ago I was struggling mightily in my ‘family wellness’ office averaging 30 patient visits per week and about $3K per month collections (with 2 kids, a pregnant wife and about $150K in student loan debt I was barely able to make interest payments on)...that’s when I embraced the short term, pain relief model out of shear desperation and took it to the next level by joining with Ben and ChiroTrust about 2011. That’s when things just took off! It’s now a bit of a runaway train with systems and procedures so tight it seems to run on autopilot. I'm having an uncomfortable issue with my results from Chiro-Trust...... After 'mostly' implementing for a few years I am having a hard time getting home in time because of the people wanting my service. I also need to stop working at a second clinic in my old
    neighbourhood 25 minute commute from here (where I've been doing 2 mornings per week) to have enough time for my patients - I will also likely have to get another treatment room - to maintain a good flow. I have been managing with one room but it often gets quite bottlenecked..... And lastly I had to pause a Facebook ad campaign in order to free up some time for MVI reports...

Let’s go back to when I was 17 years old…

I just graduated from high school.

Down the street from my house was a car dealership: Mission Lincoln Mercury on Mission Boulevard in Hayward,
California. It’s still there!

Their salespeople frequently took people on test drives in new cars up the street where I grew up. As a result, the
owner of the dealership made an effort to be super nice to the neighbors. He couldn’t afford complaints about all
the cars driving up our steep hill.

His name was Joe Cram. He saw my 6’ 4” dad and I mowing lawns, washing cars, and always being outside talking to
neighbors. We were HIS big domino! He knew that if he can get us on his side, the entire neighborhood would follow…
